Nestled in the rocky foothills of the snowcapped Sword Mountains, with the imposing Icespire Peak looming overhead, sits the frontier mining town of Phandalin. Recently, unease has settled over the usually bustling town. Rumours swirl of a dragon soaring in the area. Adding to the growing fear, Orcs, a menace not seen in the area for decades, have begun terrorizing outlying farms and travellers. These attacks and strange storms and vanishing livestock have put the town on edge. Fearing the worst, the Townmaster of Phandalin has called for brave adventurers to protect the town from these disturbing occurrences. Will you answer the call, venture into the wilds, and uncover the truth behind the whispered Dragon of Icespire Peak?

As part of playing with GWRPG, we start with a short exposition from the scriptures (approx. 8 mins) and make space available outside of our precious gaming time to engage further with life's big questions.
