The kingdom of Greennight is holding its annual cleansing festival during the autumn equinox. The purpose is to push back the ever-growing monsters and reduce their numbers, with hopes of clearing the surrounding landscapes. From the beautiful, vast meadows to the animal-enriched forests, do not be fooled, for these lands harbour a strange, dark aura that attracts fiendish beasts from across the lands.
King Henry has utilised this festival to incentivise the people to work together and protect the Kingdom of Greennight. Warriors, mages and all sorts of characters travel for their various reasons. Whether to make their name known through fame and glory, or for precious metals like gold coins or just desire a challenge. Those that do come. do so with the knowledge that their journey may very well end here.
Those who come will have their skills tested, a quest assigned and a journey with stories to be told. Will you be Local Heroes, Heroes of the Realm or maybe Masters of the world?
We are a role-playing community and a ministry of Penrith Anglican. We are open to all, 18 and over. Please read our community guidelines before joining. As part of playing with GWRPG, we start with a short exposition from the scriptures and make space available outside of our precious gaming time to engage further with life's big questions.
